About Principal And Founder Of Law Firm
My background combines formal training in the Pharmaceutical Sciences (Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences or BSPS; Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.); Juris Doctorate in Law; and Masters of Law (L.L.M.). My initial training and experience started in the Pharmaceutical Industry with a transition to the Legal and Financial Industry. I have worked with Domestic and International projects with a focus on clients entering Global Markets. I have participated in some of the most visible and highly publicized US Trade Missions to Asian countries. In 2006 I participated in the US Trade Mission to India where only a small group of companies were selected to represent US interest in India, led by the Under Secretary of Commerce for International Trade, Mr. Franklin L. Lavin under the Bush Administration. This was the largest U. S. Trade Mission in History. I have worked with the US Department of Commerce in representing US domestic companies penetrating foreign markets. I have participated in many trade missions in both Asia and the Middle East, representing corporate entrepreneurs in their objectives to enter Global Markets. I have worked and continue to work with certain Regulatory issues such as USDA and FDA compliance, Food and Beverage, transactional law and planning and International law.
